Rocktop Academy takes down Florida’s best with wins against top Florida prep schools, Montverde Academy, Central Pointe Christian Academy, 212° Academy, and Pro Holmes Sports Academy.

Coach Bernard Blunt states, “The kids are getting better. While we were unable to play IMG [due to covid], we took care of business and beat who we were supposed to beat. Overall it was a successful trip that will pay off for the kids when it is time for coaches to take notice. We are working now for fruits that may not bare until after the new year.”

All tournament awards were given to AJ Burnett, 6’8″ power forward, Rodney Sawyer, 6’6″ small forward, and Bernie Blunt, 6’1″ point guard. Additional players who played considerably well over Rocktop’s latest trip to Florida are Torrin Andrews, Rasheed Cooley, Devon Jainlett, Harvey McClain, Nate Hosannah, and Mark Frisby.
