BASKETBALL PROGRAMS

Over the course of six months, athletes who participate in a Rocktop Academy Prep Basketball Program, will be immersed in a basketball environment that will advance their development and improve their readiness to play basketball at the collegiate level. Playing more than 45 games, practicing more than 16 hours a week, and being taught by some of the basketball world’s most renowned trainers, our athletes are given the opportunity, instruction, and mentorship they need to succeed.

The Rocktop squad does not play for the glory of championships, or even necessarily to win. The team’s main goal is to sharpen the skills of its players so they can earn a college scholarship or, in some cases, just a spot on a college roster.

ROCKTOP ACADEMY SUMMER SCHOOL POWERED BY XCEED ANYWHERE

Powered by Xceed Anywhere, Rocktop Academy Summer School provides state certified teachers & virtual interactive instruction to students, allowing them the freedom to work at their own pace & the flexibility needed to travel and participate in activities outside of education.This 8-week program helps middle school & high school students to catch up and get ahead by taking either a half credit or full credit course.

Equal Opportunity
Our job at Rocktop Academy is to give players to opportunity to play in front of college coaches. Unlike many prep schools who do not have to provide players with playing time, our coaches must get as many players in the game as possible.
Competitive Schedule
Rocktop Academy is renowned for having one of the most competitive schedules on the prep circuit. We believe that in order to get a scholarship you must play against other teams with scholarship players.
Access To College Coaches
Rocktop Academy has a database of every college basketball coach in the country at the DI, DII, DIII, NAIA, and JUCO level.

Ability To Travel
To create as much opportunity as possible, we travel the US in order to be seen by college coaches and scouts. Often, when a player is not playing well in front of a particular regional scout, he will not promote that player. In order to have a committee of coaches and scouts promoting you, you must travel to other areas of the country.
Comfortable Environment
At Rocktop Academy we understand that prep schools cannot take shortcuts. Not only are we the most transparent prep school in the country, we justify our pricing by providing our athletes a safe and comfortable environment to succeed in.
